CricketAgent.com reserves the right to terminate membership at any time without notice, if it is felt that members are misusing their membership privilege in any way. This will include passing over database information to non-CricketAgent.com members in order to facilitate contact with a player or club. Members will not abuse their membership or the database, and shall use the information taken from the database for professional means only.

The membership will run from1 April until 31 September of the same year or the duration of the UK cricket season when the membership was taken out.

The Chairperson of any clubs joining CricketAgent.com must approve the information detailed on the database. False information could lead to membership cancellation, without refund. Refunds will only be given in exceptional circumstances.

Respect must be given to player’s privacy at all times and according to that, contact should be made at a decent hour of the day (taking into account time zone differences).

CricketAgent.com does not stand liable for any inaccuracies in data or information supplied to the website and does not guarantee any membership details under this claim.
